"Absolute I love with this restaurant, at a serene location not crowded, the atmosphere within the restaurant is soothing I mean very relaxing, staff is amazing and super helpful. The food on the other hand exquisite Japanese cuisine I mean mouth watering, from presentation to taste it’s worth it."
"Fabulous! That fried cheesecake 😍😍. Nice ambiance. Sushi is good and the grill offerings are good too. Great date night option. Be warned, it's a little pricey."
"The buttery sweetness of the grilled black cod was abdolutely delicious❣ The service was excellent. We were pampered by the Waiter. I will definitely visit this restaurant, again."
"Great food and service was on point. They have a wide selection of sushi as well as other seafood dishes and non-seafood dishes. Would recommend."
"A good menu selection with very affordable pricing that will suit almost anyone's budget. The food is good and the customer serivce at this location is okay. Addtionally the wait time is not long."
"The customer service and the wide variety of meal choices are great; not to mention the inexpensive price for these meals helps you eat comfortably on a budget. The portions served can suffice most people for two sittings; that's definitely a WIN. The dinning furniture needs to be refurbished though; doesn't accommodate the best restaurant dining experience. I have also noticed that there's no visible sign of a restroom available for customers🤓"
"Some of best fast food you can have at an affordable price"
SORA Japanese Sky Cuisine is a restaurant located in Kingston, Jamaica. We have various types of Japanese food and a nice bar on our rooftop terrace.
"The ambiance here is everything. Take the roof settings in the night time and you won't regret it. I dont even remember my waiter name but he delivered exceptional service. Although we some points had to wait a bit bcuz they had a full house but was understaffed. He did explain though. The food was very tasty and well prepared and the cuisine was just the difference we were looking for. This was a birthday treat and I really enjoyed the relaxing ambiance and the terrific tastes. Definitely going back"
"Don't Know where to start, the restaurant's environment was amazing being that it was located on the roof of the business complex. The view was to die for has the setting sun over the hill and the Kingston port just over your shoulder made the eating experience feel richer. The wait staff was professional and from time to time would stoped by to see if you're doing ok even though they give you a little bell to call them over. On the point of the bell it's a little cute egged shaped device you press to get their attention. The device added a new and creative experience(see image) for me as most restaurants you had to physically indicate you needed attention.
Come prepared to spend your money because the food especially the shusi is beyond words, we ended up ordering a second round of it, something I never usually do. The alcoholic beverages wasn't what I had expected them to be, but they didn't make the experience any less great. Overall I would recommend trying out the place you don't regret it, especially if you're trying shusi for the very first time like me."
"They were able to accommodate my group of 10 on my birthday with very short notice. The food was delicious! It's located on a roof with live music and persons have the option of sitting inside or outside."
"I am always impressed by Mr Breakfast. As their name suggests, they are dedicated to serving up great breakfast options. Most of their menu veers towards American-style breakfast foods. Their waffle sandwiches are amazing (always add plantain, you won't regret it). The Holy Mamma Hot Chocolate is a chocolate lover's dream. Super sweet and easily shared with 1 other person (or have it for yourself, I'm not judging). The restaurant itself is very cool and relaxing. It's a rooftop spot so the sun can be a bit intense at certain points of the day, but a nice chill spot otherwise."
"Chill outdoor breakfast spot. Great place in Kingston to get an American type breakfast. Pancakes, waffles, French toast, eggs, coffee etc. Prices are affordable."
"The cheesecake Pancake was soo good, fluffy and sweet while the omelet was fresh and tasty. Mr. Breakfast was a good experience and the open rooftop space created a great scene."
"This a great place for dates and group hangouts. The atmosphere has a nice vibe, the food is affordable and delicious and the customer service is great. Definitely a big full on a budget. I would recommend the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and the meat lovers omelette."
"Their great service and attention to detail is amazing. Not to mention their accommodation to any dietary restrictions. Great experience! Thank you."
"Great experience. Of all their services though, I am more impressed with the menus especially for breakfast. Not a wide range but effective enough to Impress especially their porridge. 😋"
"Excellent food, vegetarian options are amazing! Great ambiance and decor. Staff is professional and personable. Shout out to Cyan for great hospitality service. One negative though they didn't have Corona on the drinks menu. Otherwise amazing! I'd eat here every day."

The customer service is excellent. The food is different and delicious. You literally get a taste of India. I recommend trying both the chicken and vegetable samosas and the mango ice cream. The prices are also pretty reasonable."
"Exquisite cuisine, Excellent service, Extraordinary Experience. Once you try their Amazing Ice- Creams..Jack fruit, Sour Sop, Date Ice creams,....I bet you will get hooked.. So please give it a try."
"Great Japanese food. Fresh made and delicious. Beautifully arranged plates. What is incredible is that the place transforms to one of the most happening spots in Kingston Nightlife."
"It was my first time having Japanese! It was AMAZING!!!!!!"
"I have altered my review because this restaurant has made alterations to its service since my last review and I want to honor the improvements that they have made. They organized their menu, the food was still just as great as my first visit. In conclusion, I would highly recommend East Japanes and will definitely be returning!"
"I have always liked the food at East Japanese, but I think it's too expensive. When I compare what you get here with the same dish in Japan, the price here is horrendous. I understand that everything in Jamaica is overpriced, so I have accepted this. The food is authentic in taste, the the presentation is fine. Service, at best, is okay. Atmosphere is not to my taste because it was too dark and the music too loud. I had my absolute favourite Japanese dish - udon. This was basic (soup, noodles, and grated ginger) with tempura. I enjoyed it, but it was overpriced and not filling. Ordered the karage (fried chicken) curry with rice. This was okay. I have had better for less (in Japan)."
We are committed to local produce and we bring flavours with passion, expect our meals that are just like home and full of natural ingredients. We want to bring the centuries old flavours back to life, they never fail and stay grounded!

"Generously portioned dishes that was very tastefully presented in elegant white and gold oversized dinner plates. The staff were all friendly. In observation of corona, each table was positioned in observing social distancing. The food was very tasty. My vegetables in my chop suey were quite fresh. Worth my second visit!"

I made reservations for myself and a friend to catch up over lunch and we did not regret it one bit. The food was truly delectable, the ambience lovely, and honestly the service from the staff there is highly appreciable. They were very friendly and engaging yet professional. That's rare these days. I will be back God's will."
"The menu is very wide, the prices are quite reasonable and they do a great lunch box. And if you're in the mood for something sweet, do yourself a favour and have the impossible pie and ice cream"
"Sheldon our waiter was awesome. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I enjoyed the time there."
"Omg, their food is to die for. Taste, quality, quantity, price & overall presentation was on point. My favs are chicken in sweet & sour sauce & chicken in oyster sauce. 😋😋"
'This place is absolutely exquisite! The presentation of the food is exceptional. It's a bonus too when food tastes as good as it looks. The steak was very well seasoned and you can taste the seasoning in every bite! Our server was so personable and pleasant, and contributed to making the overall experience a memorable one. We will definitely return."
"I had a great experience at the Steak House. The service was excellent, we arrived a little late so the kitchen was almost closed but the staff was patient and very pleasant. The food was also excellent: the grilled lobster was divine and the crispy chicken cordon bleu was everything. In summary I look forward to returning and I would definitely recommend!"
"Exceptional customer service! Scrumptious food. It's on the expensive side but you pay for the "Good ting dem". Plus side on your birthday you get a free dessert which doesn't taste free...... the place clean and staff is extremely pleasant."
"As a vegetarian this place is a breath of fresh air. Many different options and the food tasted excellent every time. It's not overpriced like some other vegetarian options. Would 100% recommend."

Back in the day, vegetarian food in Jamaica was something that only Rastafarians cooked and ate. Worse, it was only curried chick peas, veggie "chunks" and very simple fare. All that has changed, and Jamaica is up there with the best vegetarian cuisine that can be found around the world.
We've put together a delectable list of restaurants for your eating pleasure.

Taste and see that the Lord is good. So goes their tagline. And no, the irony of it being across from KFC did not elude me. One vegan visiting from Orlando was effusive in his praise for the food and the juice. Another was pleased with the ambience. Its social media presence is found wanting, but they have still been able to elicit positive reviews through the web. They have Forever Beans — a vegan red bean chilli-like stew and a customer favorite and being an offshoot of Earl's Juice Garden, they have a delectable variety of juices to choose from.
